Tea Tip 1: Watch your steeping time

You need to time your tea when you steep it. I've ruined a couple batches of tea after I added the water and walked away. I remember this one time when I was steeping a chai and let it go about an hour too long. It became a bitter beverage, no amount of sugar or condensed milk could have saved that chai.A good solution is to use the microwave, or a loud pocket timer with preset times.

Remember, only you can prevent nasty bitter tea.
